Common questions
How does a project start?
With a short call about your idea and your current setup. We then send a written scope with a fixed quote, valid for 30 days. Work begins once you accept it in writing.
Who owns the software afterwards?
You do. On full payment the usage rights to everything created for you are assigned to you, and the code, repositories and hosting accounts are handed over.
How do you price the work?
Either per project with a fixed price, or per hour for open-ended work. Invoices are payable within 14 days. For larger projects we usually invoice an advance of 30 to 50 percent.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope. Small internal tools often reach a first usable version in a few weeks; larger platforms are delivered in steps so you can see and test progress early.
Do you support a project after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance agreements covering updates, monitoring, bug fixes and further development, cancellable with 30 days' notice to the end of a month.
How is personal data handled?
Where we process personal data for you, we sign a data processing agreement meeting applicable requirements, including Art. 28 GDPR where relevant. This website itself uses no cookies, no tracking and no third-party fonts.
